Empty House Suffers Water Damage

The owners of this empty home used a management company to take care of the home since they lived out of town. When agent went to the check the fixtures in the house, he flushed the upstairs toilet and thought everything was working. Apparently there was a malfunction in the tank since the toilet never stopped filling. The entire main level experienced severe water damage and had to undergo major renovations.
