Blood Stains on Carpet in Lincoln, NE

The manager of a local retirement community called SERVPRO of Lincoln to access damage to a portion of carpet in a resident's apartment. The resident had severe bleeding and this resulted in the mattress and carpet sustaining heavy bio damage.  The resident also asked SERVPRO to clean his entire apartment along with the carpet. The facility held out no hope that we could get the carpet cleaned to their standards and planned on replacing it. The experienced and knowledgeable SERVPRO Tech was able to clean all of the blood stains on the mattress and carpet to their satisfaction.  The facility was very happy that they didn't have to replace the carpet.
