Beatrice, NE Home Ready To Sell After Mold Remediation

This home located south of Lincoln in Beatrice, NE, had been sitting empty for 6 months. Relatives decided they wanted to sell the home and upon entering the home, they smelled and found mold. There had been no air flow or control of the relative humidity, mold grew all over in the basement.  In the before picture, you can see the mold that had been growing under the carpet. SERVPRO of Lincoln went to work by following IICRC standards, putting up containments and using air filtration devices "AFD". Technicians wore personal protective equipment (PPE) including full face particulate respirator. After the mold remediation, the owners were able to sell this home and the new home owners were happy.
