Mold Remediation in home in Beatrice, NE

A vacant home located about 45 miles south of Lincoln in Beatrice, NE, had been sitting empty for 6 months. The family of the owners of the home decided to sell it.  When they entered the home, they were stopped in their tracks by the smell of mold.  The upstairs area was fine but when they went into the basement where there had been no air flow or control of the relative humidity, mold was growing all over. As you can see in the before picture, mold was growing up the door. SERVPRO of Lincoln, using IICRC standards, went to work remediating the mold and restoring the basement. As you see in the after picture, the mold is gone and the family was able to sell the home with no worries.
